Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unworn
- Item must be unwashed
- Item must be in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
Limited drops are produced in small quantities — once they’re gone, they’re gone. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Limited or special-release items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Worn or washed garments
- Items damaged due to improper care
Exchanges
If you need a different size, contact us within the 14-day window.
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
Because many of our drops are limited, size exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
If your size is unavailable, we may offer:
- Store credit
- A refund (if eligible)
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us through the website with your order number.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
